Sales Contract

• All horses born and raised from Bowen Acres Stables that are sold fall under this contract. If anyone breaks this contract the horse sold to you will be reclaimed immediately.
  
  
• I have buybacks to all horses sold. If you want to resell a horse that you bought from here please ask me first if I want the horse back. If I say no, then you may continue on the sale.
  
  
• A page must be created within 24 hours from the point of the sale. If a page is not up within those 24 hours the horse will be reclaimed or put back up for sale.
  
  
• I can get breeding reserves on the horse if you wish to breed him/her when it reaches age.
  
  
• You must race the horse once the sale is final and/or get workouts done.
  
  
• If you wish to Geld a colt please let us know before doing so please.
  

Breeding Contract

• Horses page must be up after the claim.
  
• Horses must start racing in the Prospect year
  
• As said above I get buybacks on the foal
  
• If you shall fall inactive I claim the foal/colt
  
• I get breeding reserves on the horse.
